SERENGETI SAFARI & NGORONGORO CRATER

Day 1
Arusha – Serengeti National Park
(-/L/D) 360km – 8 hours drive
Depart from Arusha in the morning at 0800am and drive to Serengeti National Park. You will pass through Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro concservation area and finally arrive in the late afternoon in Serengeti. As you will drive through the park you will be able to view some animals .
Check-in at your accommodation, freshen up and have dinner. Overnight in Serengeti!
Day 2
Full Day Game Drive - Serengeti
(B/L/D)
0600 am wake up, embark on early morning game viewing when wildlife and predators are active, return to your camp for breakfast, and there after venture out for a full day game drive in the protected Serengeti refuge, where flowing rivers support a plethora of species. In addition to the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards and rhinos), keep your camera handy for sights such as a cheetah bolting after a fleet of Thomson’s gazelle. Enjoy ideal game viewing, as your highly experienced driver-guide strives continually to keep you in the heart of the action. Return to the Camp for dinner and Overnight in Serengeti
Day 3
Serengeti to Ngorongoro (Karatu)
(B/L) 140km – 4 hours drive
After breakfast, embark on a moring game viewing and drive to Ngorongoro Karatu region where you will visit African Galeria for sighseeing of African arts, rare Tanzanite and so much more. Check in at the lodge and leisure. Overnight in Ngorongoro.
Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater Tour
(B/L/D)
Early breakfast at 0630am, you will be ready by 0730am to start your crater tour safari. Descend into the worlds largest intact volcanic caldera, the Ngorongoro crater, often referred to as the “Eighth wonder of the World” marvel at the sheer magnitude of this geological masterpiece, which harbors an astonishing concentration of wildlife withink its walls. You will enjoy your picnic lunch at the hippo pool and continue on with some game viewing. Around 4pm you will start your steep scent back to the crater rim and drive to your lodge. Overnight in Ngorongoro.
Day 5
Ngorongoro Karatu – Arusha
Breakfast at the lodge, you will proceed and drive back to Arusha or drop off at Kilimanjaro international airport.
